AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

All orders within Australia are delivered with Australia Post using Registered Mail.

Shipping timeframes are approximately 1 – 5 days.

•  1 – 3 days for ACT, NSW & VIC
•  3 – 5 days for NT, QLD, TAS, WA

Australian shipping costs are as follows and include GST:

•   $8.50 FLAT RATE within Australia

All deliveries are traceable and we are happy to do this for you upon requested.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders are delivered in Express satchels using TNT Express.

Shipping timeframes are approximately 5 to 10 days.

•  5 – 7 days for New Zealand
•  5 – 7 days for USA, Canada, Mexico
•  5 – 10 days for Asia, Europe & other countries

International shipping costs are as follows:

•  $25.00 AUD        New Zealand
•  $25.00 AUD        USA, Canada, Mexico
•  $29.00 AUD*      Rest of world

* Rest of World shipping costs are currently quoted at $29.00 AUD but are indicative only and subject to change. Pea in a Pod reserves the right to request additional shipping fees be paid if the amount is in excess of the quoted price.

International delivery charges do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees that may be charged in the country where the order is received. Responsibility for this lies with the customer. By law we are required to declare the exact value if al items and mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited to mark the order as a “gift” even if this was your intention of purchase. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information regarding this.

Our Aim:

We at Pea in a Pod aim to provide you with the most efficient and user-friendly delivery procedures as possible. Therefore you can always expect carefully packaged garments and tidy presentation at all times.

AUSTRALIAN orders placed before 1pm (AEST time) on business days will be dispatched that same day.

INTERNATIONAL orders placed before 1pm (GMT+10:00) on business days will be dispatched that same day. Any orders placed after 1pm (AEST time) and on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.  Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Please note that although we aim to dispatch your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Pea in a Pod cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.
