RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Pea in a Pod want you to love your new purchases! If however you are not completely satisfied we offer a convenient exchange and return procedure.

Returns Policy  

Pea in a Pod goes to great lengths to accurately display and describe our goods in detail online, however if you find your purchase is not suitable, we will happily assist you with either an exchange, online credit note or a full refund. To return or exchange ANY goods to us you will need to complete the "Online Returns & Exchnages Form" which was included in your delivery. The following conditions apply:

•   Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase
•   Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging
•   Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn or marked, with original tags attached
•   Item(s) must accompany a Returns & Exchange Form
•   We do not accept any returns for underwear or hosiery
•   We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
  
  

Faulty Items:

Although we go to extreme lengths to monitor our quality control, we can occasionally miss a faulty item. If you believe you have received a faulty item please use the procedures above to return. Your item will be inspected by our Quality Control Department, and if deemed to be faulty we will happily replace or refund the items(s) for you. Your return postage will be refunded and we will not charge you any additional postage fees.  Please note that if your return garment is not deemed to be faulty it will not qualify for a replacement or refund and will be posted back to you at your cost.

Change of Mind Items:

If you change your mind about an item(s) we will happily offer you an exchange or an online store credit. Please note that re-delivery fees will apply. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days. After this time we unfortunately cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing faults.

Incorrect Size:

We understand that from time to time you will need to exchange sizes during your pregnancy. We will happily exchange this for you! We will not charge you any redelivery fees, however there ill be no refund issued to you for your postage costs. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days. After this time we unfortunately cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing faults.

Incorrect Colour:

Whilst we do our very best to accurately display our goods online, we appreciate that colours can vary on different computer screens. Should the colour of your received item(s) not be what you initially hoped for we will happily exchange the item(s) or offer you an online credit. We will not charge you any redelivery fees, however there ill be no refund issued to you for your postage costs. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days. After this time we unfortunately cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing faults.

Please note Pea in a Pod does not take responsibility for goods that are lost on transit. We therefore suggest you return all goods using registered post.
