We at Pea in a Pod want you to LOVE your new purchases!  If you are not completely satisfied we offer a simple and convenient exchange/return procedure.

The following conditions apply:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, 28 days for international.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition 
    (Original tags attached, unworn or marked, free of perfume smells or odours)
  • Your return parcel must include a “Returns & Exchange Form”    * Click here to download a copy
  • Your return parcel must include your “Tax Invoice”  If lost, you can print a copy online. Simply sign in to your account and select the appropriate invoice from your “MY ORDERS” section.
  • We do not accept any returns for underwear or hosiery due to hygiene reasons.
  • We do not offer refunds for sale items (Electronic gift certificates only) or items purchased during a promotional offer unless stated at the time of promotion. CLICK HERE to check all current offers and promotions.

How do I make a return?
Changed your mind?  That’s OK; we completely understand this can happen, especially with your changing body shape!  As long as your item/s meets the conditions above, simply send your parcel back to our online department with the appropriate paperwork for a refund or online credit voucher for the cost of good only.


How do I make size exchange?
Love your purchase but ordered the wrong size?
As long as your item/s meets the conditions above, simply send your parcel back to our online department with the appropriate paperwork and indicate the size you require.
Should the item you require not be available you can request a refund or online credit note for the cost of goods only.

How do I make other exchanges?

Internal exchanges are ONLY available for size changes.
Therefore, if you wish to exchange your item/s for a completely different one, simply place and pay for your new order online, and send your original order back to us for a full refund or store credit for the cost of goods only. Due to our high turnover in stock, this process will ensure you get the item/s you want before they sell out!

Shipping charges

Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us.
However, if we send you an incorrect order we will reimburse your freight and you will not be charged any additional fees.

Faulty Items

Although we go to extreme lengths to monitor our quality control, we can occasionally miss a faulty item.
If you believe you have received a faulty item please use the return procedures listed above. Your item will be inspected by our Quality Control Department, and if deemed to be faulty we will happily replace or refund the items(s) for you. Your return postage will be refunded and we will not charge you any additional postage fees.  Please note that if your return garment is not deemed to be faulty it will not qualify for a replacement or refund
and will be posted back to you at your cost.
