All online orders are dispatched from our NEW Design Studio & Store in Abbotsford. 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

  • FREE standard shipping on AU order $69+
  • Orders under $69, $6 for standard shipping
  • EXPRESS Shipping $10, or free for orders $150
Same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm (Monday - Friday)
Orders placed between 2pm Friday - Sunday will be dispatched on Monday

Tracking information will be sent once the AusPost consignment has been created.

CLICK AND COLLECT IN-STORE:

Available Monday - Sunday. Select PICK UP during checkout, and your order should be ready between 2-4 hours of purchase. You will get an email notification when it is ready for pickup. Please forward the email to the person picking it up if it is not you.

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are dispatched AusPost International (Track & Trace) or DHL.

    • New Zealand Rates | From $15 (250g) up to $25 (1.5kg)
    • USA, Singapore, UK, UAE | From $15 (250g) up to $45 (1.5kg)

Shipping time frames are approximately 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. For a guide, please see below

    • New Zealand and the USA | 3 – 7 days
    • Singapore, UK and the UAE | 5 - 10 days

If your country does not appear above, please contact us below to assist you. 

International delivery charges do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees that may be charged in the country where the order is received. Responsibility for this lies with the customer. By law, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited from marking the order as a “gift” even if you intend to purchase. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information regarding this. 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to COVID-19, we have extended our returns/exchanges policy to 30 days. 

We hope you love your new Pea in a Pod garments as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with the fit of the garment itself, we offer a convenient and straightforward exchange/return procedure.

You should receive a detailed Returns/Exchanges form with your order, outlining your order information and details about our returns/exchange policy and procedure.

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, 60 days for international.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (Original tags attached, unworn, free of perfume smells or odours and marks)
  • Completed Returns & Exchange Form included in the

We do not accept any returns/refunds for the following:

  • Underwear or hosiery due to hygiene reasons
  • Gift Certificates / Voucher
  • Sale items (items marked down from original RRP). These are deemed as Final Sale.
  • Styles marked in-store as Samples / Faulty / Warehouse. These are deemed as Final Sale.
