All online orders are dispatched from our Design & Studio & Store in Collingwood.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible within the following time frame:
- Same day dispatch is ordered before 4pm Monday - Friday
Standard Regular Post:
- Orders placed on Sunday > Thursday will be dispatched within 24hours - we aim for same day dispatch if the order is placed before 1pm.
- Order placed on Friday before 1pm will be dispatched same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm Friday > Sunday will be dispatch on Monday.
During Sale periods, your order may be dispatched anytime up 48 hours after you place the order.
Collect in store:
- Collect at our Design Studio & Store at 159 Sackville St, Collingwood VC 3066
- After 10am Monday - Sunday (Store closes at 4pm. Call 03) 9415 6800 to let us know if you will be later than 5pm)
Most Australian orders are sent via Sendle. If your delivery address is a PO box or out of the delivery zone of Sendle, we will send it via Australia Post.
All Express orders are sent via Australia Post.
You will be sent your unique tracking information via email once your order has been picked up by the third party driver.

International orders are delivered in Express satchels using TNT Express or Sendle depending on your location and are based on the weight of your order (calculated during checkout)

International delivery charges do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees that may be charged in the country where the order is received. Responsibility for this lies with the customer. By law we are required to declare the exact value if all items and mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited to mark the order as a “gift” even if this was your intention of purchase. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information regarding this.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new Pea in a Pod garments as much as we do but if you are not completely satisfied with the fit of the garment itself, we offer a simple and convenient exchange/return procedure.
You should receive a detailed Returns/Exchanges form with your order, outlining your order information and details about our returns/exchange policy and procedure.
Please note the following conditions apply:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, 28 days for international.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (Original tags attached, unworn, free of perfume smells or odours and marks)
- Completed Returns & Exchange Form included in the
We do not accept any returns/refunds for the following:
- Underwear or hosiery due to hygiene reasons
- Gift Certificates / Voucher
- Sale items (items marked down from original RRP). There are deemed as Final Sale.
