Select PICK UP during checkout, and your order should be ready between 2-4 hours of purchase. You will get an email notification when it is ready for pickup. Please forward the email to the person picking it up if it is not you.

International delivery charges do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees that may be charged in the country where the order is received. Responsibility for this lies with the customer. By law, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited from marking the order as a “gift” even if you intend to purchase. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information regarding this.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Final Sale Products:
Any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for refund or exchanged. Due to the high discount we offer, we only accept returns if items are deemed faulty.
We hope you love your new Pea in a Pod garments as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with the fit of the garment itself, we offer a convenient and straightforward exchange/return procedure.
You should receive a detailed Returns/Exchanges form with your order - outlining your order information and details about our returns/exchange policy and procedure. Please take note of the terms of sale for any items marked Final Sale - no return or exchanges.
Please note the following conditions apply:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, 60 days for international.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (Original tags attached, unworn, free of perfume smells or odours and marks)
- Completed Returns & Exchange Form included in the parcel for your online order.
We do not accept any returns/refunds for the following:
- Underwear or hosiery due to hygiene reasons
- Gift Certificates / Voucher
- Styles marked in-store as Final Sale / Outlet / Samples / Faulty / Warehouse. These are deemed as Final Sale.
